Why the sudden Hiring Blitz?
- Restaurants are beginning the new year with a recurring problem: labor shortages.
- Restaurant employment is still 3.6% lower than before the pandemic, or the equivalent of 450,000 jobs, (National Restaurant Association).
- In a November survey of its members, the association found that 62% of restaurant operators said they didn't have enough employees to satisfy customer demand.
- Eighty-seven percent of operators said they will hire additional employees in the next year if they find qualified applicants, but 79% said they already have job openings that have been difficult to fill.

My paycheck they don’t pay their employees #mythoughts #retail #management

hi, i'm looking for a job near downtown or to the cinema as a Chico, now i'm working in acataco online. I don't speak English very well but I can do my best. My time preference is in the mornings since I have a 4-year-old girl who goes to school from 8 am-3pm and at that time I have available #jobsearch #parttime #chipotle

Management are snakes and will fire you for no reason in order to look good for the owner. On top of that its a horrible place to work, has no HR department which should be illegal, and chipotle doesn't care about its employees at all you will see that instantly when you work here.

its a great place to work at. it gets busy a lot but you will get use to it. you will most likely make friends while your there. its fast pace

i was not a fan personally, my coworkers were very closed off and thought they were better than everyone else bc they worked there longer, customers were rude, and very it’s repetitive. At my location i got almost no training, and the work environment is very stressful everything needs to be done quickly while it’s really hot in a smaller space with many people witch makes it worse.
