Haven't been back to a Chipotle in awhile, was a great goto lunch spot when I wasn't WFH. Love this hack from an Employee at Chipotle to make a better burrito bowl. What do you think? Next level stuff or meh?
Do you or have you worked in a restaurant where you had a secret hack for making something great?
Is anyone familiar with the Chipotle career path. How can I go from crew member to manager? I heard management pays well and offer good benefits and I would like to figure out how long it would take me to get to management if I accept a crew member position now.
I heard Chipotle is one of the only food service companies that offer p/t employees vacation time and I want to confirm if this is true before applying. Thanks.
