Good advice is only the value of what the person receiving it, perceives it as. It is up to you as an individual to actually analyze the information coming to you, and utilize it to your best advantage. When airing an issue out to the crowd, always remember who that crowd is and how high they have made it in society, so when they give their opinions, you are intelligent enough to know how to use that information in a way that will benefit you. YES, everyone looses their temper from time to time and voices concerns that should probably be kept to themselves, but once it’s in the web, it’s ultimately there forever, or at least some copy of it, so be mindful and intelligent when creating a post or opinion that will be accessible long after you are gone from this world.
ALWAYS, when in a professional setting, surround yourself, or create a team of only the most extremely intelligent people you can find, especially if you are able to find those more intelligent than even yourself, and as a leader, be able to afford them, and pay them at top dollar, as those are your innovators, creators, and ultimately, breadwinners! Remember, if they work for you, they obviously can’t take your job, unless you allow it, and being an intelligent person yourself, you would never let anyone know where any ideas you present or bring to the table, actually come from. Unless that is, you are in the practice of shooting your own foot, for whatever reason. Those that work for you, that make you look good with their proprietary ideas, should be well taken care of and rewarded, (and the top management are trained of how to reward advisors/employees), but should still never be revealed to those you ultimately shine to yourself. Otherwise, you don’t need to be, nor deserve to be in the position to have the greatest minds around you! Always think about the next five steps in all directions before making a move or statement so you can be prepared for anything that comes back as a result, whether it be good, bad, or questionable, you can always handle whatever comes next, or at the very least be prepared to handle with your team.Everyone has an “off” day. It’s a part of being human, but if you are in charge of 25,000 employees, can you afford to have an “off” day that may result in 25,000 employees with families and bills being suddenly unemployed, because you thought you were right, or smarter than the person(s) you strategically placed around you, or in your circle, mainly due to their intelligence, or the collective intelligence of a few? Try to meditate and use your entire brain at one time, unlocking your Ajna. I hope that my message can reach all or most humans, especially those who ultimately work for someone else, even those that only work for the customer or investor, inspiring all it does.

We are on the edge of loosing them just by the fact of the CEO's wife only work half day a week and does not do payments in time. Why do I need to put in 3 to 4 hours overtime in with no pay wile the boss wife work only half day to sink the ship? Please can any one help me understand business relations ? Thank you .

Hi everyone!!

Food for thought for Life: I feel in today’s world, man or woman is a success who has lived well; laughed often; and loved much; who has gained the respect of people that count and the love of their children; who has filled his or her niche and accomplished his or her task in life; who leaves the world a little better place than he or she found it.

Hardships, poverty, and wants are the best ingredients and the best foundation for the success of a man or woman. I feel our business in life is not to get ahead of other people, but to get ahead to better ourselves and the environment around us.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience you lived in your life. You lived through the hard times. I want you to look fear in the face and you fight that fear until hell freezes over.

Don’t let life disappointments discourage you; you only live once, so let’s go get it! Life is like a sport, play to champion your goals and to learn and grow from your loses.

Have a great day,

Bobby G

I’ve was working at this at this job for 6 months and dealt with constant harassment from the supervisors and CEO. The same supervisors and CEO that multiple people has made complaints against to the owner. I decided to talk to the owner whom claimed to have an open door policy so this can be resolved. After realizing he wasn’t going to do anything, I decided not to continue with my discussion and seek legal advice after having dealt with a final straw. He (ceo) fired me over the spot once he learned of this. Claimed it was for not accepting his feedback. Boasted how vindictive he is (on recording) Then referred me as overly sensitive knowing all my mental diagnoses aka ptsd anxiety and depression (take strong meds for). I’m called dishonest which I’ve never once lied, however. At least I don’t use my spouse who works at a different facility and have her break her facility’s contract with another company so he can get more money in his pockets. JS. #transportation #ceo

Once hired, don't try to do the impossible, but rather stay within the guidelines of the firm.

Communicate clearly with your staff. I you baby sit them they tend to be too cautious. Mistakes will be made, real leadership should reward those who make mistakes, then using their mistakes as a learning tool. The most dangerous words to a corporation "We've always done it this way." Look to the innovators who have the courage to defend their ideas.

Waiting too long to make the decision to start the business. The most frustrating was dealing with lower level government officials who sought $$$ to move the start-up process faster. Decisions delayed are costly. Audacity many times is the most productive.
