Mistakes will be made, real leadership should reward those who make mistakes, then using their mistakes as a learning tool. The most dangerous words to a corporation "We've always done it this way." Look to the innovators who have the courage to defend their ideas.

Waiting too long to make the decision to start the business. The most frustrating was dealing with lower level government officials who sought $$$ to move the start-up process faster. Decisions delayed are costly. Audacity many times is the most productive.
