Are you already spending 3+ hours a day on Facebook or Social Media?? I'm gonna bet (YES)... Then why not turn your Facebook account into your personal ATM and your Smartphone as your debit card?!? 🤔 Doesn't make sense to you at the moment, right?...but trust me, it will. Just ask me how!..

"You legitimately have my dream job!" "Oh, that must be so fun!"

Thank you, it certainly can be. But my business didn't start itself and it takes a lot of perseverance to keep a solopreneurship afloat. I love art and design-- I love it so much I have a Masters in Fine Art along with my various certifications in evebt planning. But it takes more than just the ability to arrange things in an attractive way to be successful. There's website building, marketing, SEO, advertising, staffing, organizational skills, budgeting ability, contracts, proposal making, content creation, bookkeeping, accounting, and oh so much more that's involved. Most days I am busy organizing inventory, calming down anxious clients, preparing proposals, and teaching myself new skills. I don't believe in getting a small amount of success and growing stagnant. The best event designers and decorators have a constantly growing inventory, and need to stay on top of new trends and skills to be a contender. Add to the necessary jobs; my physical and mental limitations and my ultimate goal of a leading design company may be only a dream. But the thing that may allow it to become true is my dedication and hardwork. Those backdrops aren't going to put themselves up and down and haul themselves to my car!

Good advice is only the value of what the person receiving it, perceives it as. It is up to you as an individual to actually analyze the information coming to you, and utilize it to your best advantage. When airing an issue out to the crowd, always remember who that crowd is and how high they have made it in society, so when they give their opinions, you are intelligent enough to know how to use that information in a way that will benefit you. YES, everyone looses their temper from time to time and voices concerns that should probably be kept to themselves, but once it’s in the web, it’s ultimately there forever, or at least some copy of it, so be mindful and intelligent when creating a post or opinion that will be accessible long after you are gone from this world.
ALWAYS, when in a professional setting, surround yourself, or create a team of only the most extremely intelligent people you can find, especially if you are able to find those more intelligent than even yourself, and as a leader, be able to afford them, and pay them at top dollar, as those are your innovators, creators, and ultimately, breadwinners! Remember, if they work for you, they obviously can’t take your job, unless you allow it, and being an intelligent person yourself, you would never let anyone know where any ideas you present or bring to the table, actually come from. Unless that is, you are in the practice of shooting your own foot, for whatever reason. Those that work for you, that make you look good with their proprietary ideas, should be well taken care of and rewarded, (and the top management are trained of how to reward advisors/employees), but should still never be revealed to those you ultimately shine to yourself. Otherwise, you don’t need to be, nor deserve to be in the position to have the greatest minds around you! Always think about the next five steps in all directions before making a move or statement so you can be prepared for anything that comes back as a result, whether it be good, bad, or questionable, you can always handle whatever comes next, or at the very least be prepared to handle with your team.Everyone has an “off” day. It’s a part of being human, but if you are in charge of 25,000 employees, can you afford to have an “off” day that may result in 25,000 employees with families and bills being suddenly unemployed, because you thought you were right, or smarter than the person(s) you strategically placed around you, or in your circle, mainly due to their intelligence, or the collective intelligence of a few? Try to meditate and use your entire brain at one time, unlocking your Ajna. I hope that my message can reach all or most humans, especially those who ultimately work for someone else, even those that only work for the customer or investor, inspiring all it does.

I'll go first. I got into affiliate marketing, learned the ropes, but have it on the back burner for now. I look forward to getting more into AM in the future.

Teaching the English language online to people around the world is a rewarding job for anyone who wants to set their own flexible schedule.

At iTalki, your job is to teach “conversation English,” in other words, teaching an individual whose native language isn’t English to speak in a relaxed conversational manner.

As a teacher, you can set your own rates, often earning over $20 per hour, on average.

About iTalki

  • The platform has over 3 million learners
  • Teaching is done though online 1 on 1 lessons
  • You are paid per lesson and you can accept/decline any student

There are 2 types of teachers - Professional and Community based.

  • Professional teachers typically make more money ($30 - $45+ an hour) but you need professional teaching experience in a school, university, or language institute as well as a Bachelor’s degree and teaching certificate from an accredited institution.
  • Community teachers may earn a little less ($20 - $25 an hour) but all you need is patience, great communication, and the desire to help others learn a new language.
