With Chick-Fil-A you should always remember one of the most important thing to say, which is MY PLEASURE! I forgot to say my pleasure many times in the beginning and always got called out for it so make sure you say MY PLEASURE . I think if you have the opportunity when interviewing say “MY PLEASURE”. Make sure it’s used properly though if the chance comes up where they say thank you, then you say “MY PLEASURE”. Another couple things you should do is always dress appropriately, always take your earrings off before work if your a guy because I also got called out for wearing them once, and they made me take them off, if you are trying to get a job and you don't wanna have to stress because I worked at Chick-fil-a for a little while and they work your tail off, so try to ask if you want to if there are any openings for either traffic, or doing drinks because those are the top 2 easiest jobs to me and try to keep your tattoos hidden as much as possible.
