Beacon is one of those companies where you don’t get any training , and you walk into a mess and it’s yours . Even though you are a dedicated , hardworking nurse . You have to be chosen by a wand from another state . They don’t exactly check out the reputations of the people who they hire locally either. The executive in charge of nursing is a dinosaur and should be replaced by a modern , at least aware that life happens individual .
