I use a combination of digital tools and daily planning to stay organised. I keep a to-do list, prioritise tasks by deadlines and importance, and set calendar reminders to stay on track. I also review my schedule each morning to make sure I’m prepared for the day.

Look at the mess left for you to work with. Try to put items that are the same in different piles. Organize each pile and put them away. Once your area is organized; then, see about future items and try to fix them before they become more difficult. Use a calendar to help on schedules. Don't be afraid to ask for assistance if you need it.

Alternative Routes: Military

Veterans are STARs. Let’s open more doors. 🇺🇸⭐

Did you know that 61% of veterans in the workforce are STARs—Skilled Through Alternative Routes? That’s 4.4 million veterans bringing leadership, adaptability, and real-world experience to civilian jobs.

These are skills earned through service—not just a degree. By removing unnecessary degree requirements and expanding skills-first pathways, we can unlock opportunity and upward mobility for those who’ve served.

It’s time to recognize their strengths and build a more inclusive, STAR-powered workforce.

I'd invest in a professional networking app that allows people to ask questions and share personal updates, photos of pets/vacations, etc. We all work remote, so that would help us feel more closely connected.
