Well I got fired on my 90th day of my provisional supervisor for section 5 Lysander fired me for breaking 3 phones in 3 years let alone I'm union with no union rep nothing to support me I've never been written up no complaints nothing. I gave my life to this job as canal structure operator , boaters loved me people loved me it was my dream job they would call for me to come in on Days off ex... I worked 96 hours in two week period. I could run every lock in my section.,in got harrassed daily discriminated sexually and mentally it was worse then high school. In most cases its pretty hard to get fired from the state. I hade to fall in the 3% if even that many. they offer more lifetime hiring, they want me book so i have to not shoot myself in the foot here. I was being sexually assaulted and became homeless. i was asking for an accommodation since i kept getting re-admitted to the hospital. My dad dies from coronavirus. My director told me they do not have such accommodation. i asked for portable wifi so i didn't have to connect at local coffee shops. I had to sell my house and lost my car when they Repo it. i told her she needs to forward my request to Accommodations specialist, she cant make that decision. i recorded without consent. #termination

I don't remember if I ever disclosed the information to the other but Friday I was terminated from my job because of my anxiety attack,but they put it as they didn't like my behavior. I did make it known to my supervisor that I was off one of my medications. I am not even sure what to do from here,even if it means fighting for the position back which I highly doubt will happen.

I reported to my boss over a month ago I was harassed and twice I was purposely hurt by my supervisor. I voice recorded the conversation. She stated she didn’t want to hear a complaining session and ask for me to get back to work. The harassment continued and last week I had enough and confronted the supervisor harassing me. The next day the owner pulled me to the side and asked me what happened. So I explain. I told him about my about my supervisor and that I reported to my boss and what she had said. This was reported last Wednesday night. This Sunday I was terminated. I have all of this recorded and text. The company I work for deals with festivals and party events. Mind you they have and are covering up this and my boss is the city council and the owner is the county I live in state representative. I need help. #termination

Borger health center fabricated lies on a write up so they could justify firing me! #termination

Back in July I was wrongfully written up for discrimination. When there's two coworkers one being a Lead who have it out for me I felt there was nothing I could do except sign my write up. They both stated that I said something that was considered "offensive " to a new hire. Ever since then they wanted me gone and that's what ended up happening. My supervisor was able to fire me because He gave me wrong information on my points. I'm so soo upset that they are able to get away with this.
