During an interview, can an employee ask you to roll up your sleeves? At any point, is an employer allowed to ask you to roll up your sleeves? A friend currently had an interview where, tattoos that are visible are prohibited and they won't hire if they were to see it. She covered it at the interview. However, she has orientation and uniform fitting.. #Advice #Opinions

A young man with a tattoo on his face reading ‘DEVAST8’ has said he is having difficulty finding work after being released from prison. “He had gone into a couple of places [to find work]. One employment place turned around and said to him that ‘I wouldn’t even employ you with that on your face’. he had other people who shrugged and laughed at me.” Read his story.

I'm interviewing with Ross on Monday and I have no idea what to expect! I’ve worked in restaurants as a waitress and host before so it's not my first job interview but it will be my first interview for a retail job. How much selling do I have to be familiar with and do you think they allow facial piercings and visible tattoos?
