A Human Being for a boss. I would have loved that!! The Leaders & managers are Sooo Very Power Hungry that that don't care about there employees. For 11yrs, I put up with Managers that were so Power Hungry. Target is Not the Military!!!!)

I don’t! They need to change the store director! That’s the reason why we have over half of the store leave now. From ETL to team members! It a sad environment now smh
