I reside in Texas and I worked at a fast food restaurant texas burger/subway for 6 months and the manager had tip jars out for the customers to leave tips, she never asked for anyone to sign a paper saying that we wanted her to distribute the tips at the end of the year at the Christmas party, long story short I never received my portion of the tips and she would get upset if anyone took their tips home!! She kept them in her office in the safe but never kept a log or record of how much tips was being accounted for every night!!! Whom do I contact regarding this??? I have contacted corporate but no reply yet!! But is there anyone else I need to contact regarding this!! #management #texasburger #foodservices #carterenterprises #subway #management #advice

I wish the management at subway wasn't so toxic such as picking favorite employees and messing with other ones for no reason. The favorites apparently do nothing wrong but when a problem pops up it isn't there fault. Also you have no opinion or beliefs at subway you will be fired. #wordsofadvice #management #termination

Sorry to hear that. That is so unfair. I wonder if there is even an account for much tips were received. How did you guys know that you received the right amount. I feel that something shady has happened. I'm glad you contacted HR. This should be documented and hopefully they will get back to you.
