I saw another post related to this, so I want to share my situation. My manager told me he'd like me to share more 'personal highlights' in our weekly Team meetings, even though I do not want to.
Everyday we have a weekly standup meeting, first thing in the morning, it lasts 10 mins and the purpose is to share our tasks for the day and any meetings or ask help. On Mondays especially (but other days as well) she usually asks how our weekend went. I reply 'All good, nothing special' 'It was okay, fine' and things like that. We also have two weekly meetings that involve 'personal highlights from last week' and again me and another person are vague, though polite, and don't elaborate.
I want to go to HR, but also don't want to stir the pot too much.

I AM BACK....SORT OF.
Hello, everyone!
It's Veronica. If you know or remember me, this should be a welcoming post but for those that don't know me, you will come to know me in due time. You can familiarize yourself with my profile.
For some, I am sure you are probably wondering where have I been for nearly three years (I think it's been longer than that). I will eventually share some insight but for now, know that life has been......a mess to sum it up. I won't go into details because it would be an entire novel by the time I am done, but I am ...present.
I am returning to an entirely new Jobcase platform, which I am already familiar with, and I will be updating my profile periodically because, well, it's been years since my last post, which you can view here: https://www.jobcase.com/conversations/53b13bdf-e040-5f27-8afb-9b6486c3a4e5. I have been pretty busy, going through a lot of changes, good, bad and questionable. And life is still messy, but I am still the same me.

Something I learned at #Pediatric Dentistry ...
I learned how to work with kids and help them thru being nervous, how to help parents understand their child's treatment and best way to take care of child's dental health

What I loved about working at #Olea kiosks was
The best part of working at Olea was the everything. The owners , and my boss Marcos. Talk about a five star company Olea is where it's at. This company is definitely like extended family. Frank , Rene, Shawna, and Marcos are so awesome. I regret having to leave them due to moving far from the company. 100% the all time best company I have ever worked for. I only wish that company the best.

Coworkers
I truly like to hear other peoples perspective on topics which involve all of us. Do you think that one leader is all we need or do you like group input? #workfromhome #jobsearch #application #interview
