I really hated working @ #BROOKDALE because...
Every day you are innundated with more "Urgent" things to do. Workload expectations are way beyond a normal week plus MOD with no comp. Bombarded daily why is thete no move in etc. Pay is way below responsibility level.

Job #BSL000157140 dining service coordinator Elizabeth City, NC
Hi,
My name Is Doreen Koltuniak, I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.
Reading through the requirements, qualifications and skills for the Dining Service Coordinator, I noticed the certifications and licenses you are required to have. I do not have any of these, but would be willing to acquire them. Also, I would be willing to get the Serve Safe certificate.
I have restaurant experience, including cooking and serving tables. I have also been a night manager at a Burking King, 1 year experience.
My question here is is it possible to acquire these after an offer of employment?
Also, I am confused as to the hours. At one point it states 8-4, M-F. Then in another it states flexible hours, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
I am a 55 year young woman, and I am looking for a new direction in life and career choice. This position is one that caught my eye when I read it and has been on my mind a couple of days. The requirements I cannot meet at this time, but I thought I would ask about it anyway. I have 10 years experience in a hospital setting as well. I loved the restaurant work and the hospital work really well, and its kind of nice thinking about combining the two in a sense.
I would like to ask, being that I don't have the proper credentials, if it would be wasting both our times if I applied? I know your time is valuable.....
Thank you for your time... Doreen Koltuniak
