Three years ago the journey for freight to travel from China to Europe was under 60 days, and to get to America it took less than 50. Now, it takes longer to get to the US at 114 days total journey time and for Europe the measure is 108 days #shipping #trade

I was just fired from a job, for clocking in late. They have no documentation prior. The owner just called me and fired me. I was working out of town 4 and a half hours from home, and he told me to find my own way home. I only took this position because the company I was working for gave us a day and a half notice and shut the doors. I have been applying, and sending my resume out, but the only people who have responded are in sales. I have never been in sales, I really don't understand that portion of it. I do have a lot of experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, and inventory control. I also have a forklift trainers certification. I just don't understand it.

My biggest mistake was relying on someone else to pick me up and then take me back home. Relying on someone else why I had to quit even though I really loved my job and the people who I worked with.

Make sure that you have a reliable vehicle. Never rely on someone else to get you to work cause something always happens it never fails. So transportation is very important.
