Opportunity to grow with the company

I was there 30 years,,, Retired Very Fair Place To Work

I just went to talk to Supervisor

I am happy to have the 4th off tomorrow so I can spend time with my daughter. Pepsi pays for this holiday off and since I drive for them full time. It's nice to work for a company that values its employees. Looking forward to a BBQ and some beer.

Working for pepsi is great. My team and managers work really well and its very fast-paced and competitive but we get our work done and its worth the pay and benefits. The other day my timecard got lost somehow so my manager kept track of it for me and turned it on for payroll to make sure I got paid because i always show up on time and do my job well. Its a respectful culture.. Very much like ‘you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.

I deliver for Pepsi and the other day I had an issue with my truck. I called it in and they were more concerned for my safety than making my load. It's nice to feel like someone gives a damn to be honest. I was pretty concerned, but they were actually nice about it despite what happened. Things come up and it's nice to know that Pepsi has got my back.

Not for everyone but I love working for Pepsi and I can say that these are my favorite parts about what they offer. Good career advancements, they offer pretty fair pay, really good benefits, a nice relocation package if you need to move, there's a lot of tenure at the company, and I feel most of all that what I do actually means something. Will stick around here a while longer.
Hi it’s a great diverse culture in a Union environment with good benefits that are negotiated between the company and the Union in a collective bargaining agreement.
