This position will be responsible for leading and executing brand building strategies, managing day-to-day business and marketing execution, leading cross-functional and inter-agency teams, developing innovation, and contributing to the shaping of long-term positioning and strategy. Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: ● Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans which address all aspects of the marketing mix including packaging, new product development and launch, renovation, pricing, promotion, market research, advertising, and media. Inherent in this responsibility is working closely with all internal and external functions to translate long-term strategy into highly effective annual marketing and sales strategies and tactics. ● Drive cross-functional team (incl. Content Lab, Packaging Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to develop and execute key business initiatives, ranging from new items, renovations and driving demand initiatives; includes high level of collaboration and communication. ● Participate in Integrated Commercial Planning process, supporting key brand initiative implementation within retail channels ● Lead monthly brand reviews to analyze and diagnose market share/shipment performance to appropriate leadership and stakeholders. This includes identifying key root causes, trend analysis and developing actionable recommendations ● Lead and develop Associate Marketing Manager direct report(s). Qualifications Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to: ● MBA degree preferred ● Minimum 8 years’ experience in Brand Management for Consumer-Packaged Goods / Beverage industries ● Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Required skills and experience:

1. Must be fully vaccinated.
2. Current, unrestricted CA NP license.
3. PMHNP certification from an accredited program.
4. Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience as a PMHNP, with home-based care desired.
5. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPC codes.
6. Bonus points: Awareness about UM standards, NCQA requirements, CMS guidelines, Milliman guidelines, and Medicaid/Medicare contracts and benefit systems.

What you need to know:

1. This is a full-time remote opportunity, 40 hours a week providing approx.
2. Up to 10 telehealth patient visits per day.
3. Can be located anywhere within the state of California!
4. No on call or weekends!

Additional job details:

1. Treat patients via telemedicine in Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Independent Living Facilities and periodically be available for in-person visits.
2. Actively participate with interdisciplinary team meetings to assure behavioral health issues are considered and addressed for all patients.
3. Establish and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with members and their legal representatives, facility staff, PCPs, and specialists to maximize continuity and compliance with individualized member care plans.
4. Perform an initial comprehensive assessment on all newly enrolled members and at least annually thereafter.
5. Develops a member management care plan upon enrollment and updates it as needed when changes in condition warrant or following hospitalization.

So I recently moved to Bridgeport, CT from the Bronx; however I still work in the Bronx. That's about 60 miles apart EACH way! I travel Monday through Friday back and fourth during the week. I recently applied to Walgreens three minutes from where I live, and got the job offer. However, I had to eventually turn them down. I recently separated from my husband, and the kids live with him (in the Bronx). So I pick up my youngest daughter every weekend in order to spend quality time with her. Especially now because she's so young. I felt that although I'd be saving money, time and potential job growth... and in addition to all of that, eliminating my commute altogether by taking on the job at Walgreens; I'd be sacrificing my time with my daughter. Precious time and "years" that I could never get back. I believe I made the right decision... but what do you think? Why did it hurt so much to turn down that opportunity?
