I got fired due to my religious concerns

Hello, i am j1 student who works in Montana. I got fired for two times in one month! First reason was that i have strict rules and ruin others' experience. But this was a lie. I emailed to the embassy and show my evidences then my employer fired me again. Last week i got fired due to my "bad smell". I was just on my period and i had stayed in dorms during my whole student life. I have never encountered such a word. Firstly she told me that she fired me because I didn't go to job(i was got poisoned that day and asked for a permission) then next day she sent me an email which explains she fired me because i have a really bad smell and my roommate had to stay another place. My roommate is sleeping with my employer's son for 2 weeks. It's not about my smell. This is so honor broken situation. I am planning to go back to turkey because i do not have energy anymore. I am too tired. #termination #unemployment #advice #racism discrimination

Race and age discrimination at a work place.

Feeling left out on a limb being one of 2 black men to be terminated from a work place by the employers' discrimination at the McDonald's on Stephanie and Sunset. They also have a problem with doing an investigation on the matter at hand. #Racism, #termination, #ageism, #wordsofadvice.

Racial Disparities in Springfield Missouri

Being of Black slave ancestry in this State is the main reason people of my background aren't allowed gainful employment i.e. laborer, restuarant worker, CNA!. But place a white face there and everything changes for the better! You may disagree...but then again you're either white or not originally from this country originally! #racism

Racist clients

I'm a black woman. I recently took a new nursing assignment through an agency I've been with for almost a year. My recruiter thinks highly of me and told me I'd be a "good fit". Today I spoke with my recruiter and she asked me if I were having any issues which I thought was odd because why would I be. She goes on to say that the family of the clients I care for are racist and has a preference for white nurses. She never even told the family that I was black, so there I was meeting these people for the first time not knowing they had a bias against me. The family of the clients have been around quite often, they haven't been rude but it's still upsetting that my recruiter would put me in this kind of predicament. I don't care that these people are racist.. I'm very happy with the skin I'm in, but I would not have chose to work for them and in their home at that! The energy felt a bit off at times but I didn't know why but what I do know is that racists are good at hiding it when it's convenient. My recruiter asked that I not behave any differently and would like for me to keep the assignment since there aren't any blatant problems. I think I should walk away from it, these people are faking as though they like me only because I do a great job. It will feel forced and awkward, I can't ignore that and I will not be a token black woman. Thoughts?

Rockwell Automation mequon

Man got fired about 2 months ago and been applying for jobs but they all send me emails saying they don't want me because of my recent job history. But I was fired because of my attendance. But they I later found out by a recruiter from there saying that the supervisor said that I was a lazy worker and never tried to make production. But really no job believes me because that what all jobs do never believe employees or people applying. I always worked hard, always finding stuff to do but never could because I was always yelled at by the supervisor that I need to go back to my station but when I told him there's nothing to do as in like my machine is down and I need to do my other job that I was certified for. But I could never do anything but sit down and do nothing. It's really hard doing nothing at work it makes you tired and bored. But whenever I tried to find work I was always yelled at. He always had an eye on my and always came to check up on me and never on anyone else. He was the new supervisor and he just been there for 2 months and thought that he was the shit. He talked down to all the Asians making it seem like we didn't know anything and didn't know how to do our jobs but we been there for more then 2 plus years and in those years ive learned almost the whole board shop. But back to the recruiter he told me that the supervisor told him that they fired me because of him not liking me, and lying that I didn't work, plus I never tried to make production. But he wasn't suppose to tell me that but I kept questioning him to make him tell me bit by bit. But I have proof that I always tried to do my job and do more then what I was suppose to always helping people. But as all jobs I try to apply for when they do call me for questions on my recent job they just sit there and say I'm either lying or laugh at me because I tell them my story. See that's the thing about employers they don't care about people's job but theirs only, they only care about there money that they make only.

Ready to quit

I am ready to quit. My job tells me they want me to increase our numbers. They tell me I have a budget to do this, but when I tried to use some of this budget, they got upset. When the numbers did not change much, and I did not spend any money, they got upset. In other words, make things happen, but don't spend any money. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. I think they are trying to get me to quit because the other day they asked me to prepare two presentations in less than 48 hours only to complain that it wasn't what they were looking for. Can anyone produce a polished presentation within that timeframe let alone two? I did the best I could do and stayed up late to do so. I am thinking of calling in sick tomorrow in hopes of forcing their hand. I am very hardworking and dedicated, but it's getting to be too much. I am frustrated because I have worked my butt off trying to make things happen (weekends, late and long hours) and it is never what they want because they do not want me there. I also have to deal with the hostility of three racist women who just don't want me there. Why are women so damned awful to each other on the job? I am trying to figure out what I have done to piss these women off or make these people hate me. I am anxious and irritable about dealing with this toxic work environment. Part of me wants to quit to save my sanity, but it may be months before I get another job because there would be a long gap in employment like almost a year, if I don't list this job. I have thought of talking to my boss and saying something like I cannot give you what you want if I am not allowed to do my job. Any advice would be appreciated.

13 YEARS@HOMEDEPOT

Home Depot really need to be investigated all it takes is for a manager not to like you. And you can report it to corporate. But they only protect managers not Associates, they call it the open door policy but will believe a lie from a manager then the truth from several Associates. I truly believe I can make a difference that's why I'm posting this I was one that love my job and still do right now today.. and will do my best to get this to the media.Jessica Toney takes another associate husband has a baby from him and still keeps her job and corporate was clearly aware of it. I was one she reported with a false statement and accuse me of stealing due to the high theft in the store and because most of the theft was done by afro Americans. And me being an afro American Corp. Believed a lie from someone with her history..And 13 years of my life was taken from me. MORE TO COME.3608

Bigotry, Racism, Discrimination

Did you know that discrimination or slandering an ethnic group is not against the law in the state of WA. I know simply because I experienced something similar and most of attorneys I have talked to stated the same. Sad.
