What should I do

I just quit my job after 7 months because of an inappropriate comment my boss made to me, now the owner won't hear my side and they are refusing to pay me my final paycheck. Idk what to do next

Something I learned at #Express Employment Professionals ...

I learned to adapt, to be flexible, teamwork, and self reliance when it came to problem solving.

I just found out I’m(30F) the lowest paid employee and I’m expected to work 16 hr days. I’m pissed and I don’t know what to do. I have been working at a company for 4+ years now. I am one of the top performers and I work an insane amount of hours. I am salary and am expected to work 12-16hr days regularly with no end in sight. I recently found out that not only am I the lowest paid employee on my team, but they also now expect me to continue to work way more hours then the rest of my team. I have also worked there the longest.

My job is paying me the least, working me the most, and doesn’t care about my opinions. How do I keep from rage quitting while looking for a new job?

I think people quit good jobs because

Loved working at NJ Pliga. Great folks but the long ride to work became too much.

Relocation bonus

Hello. If anyone have an abnswer I would appreciate it . I worked for my company for 4 years . Last 10 monthI was promoted and moved toanother facility 1hr away from where I live. I got a relocation bonus for the commute since it over 50 miles. Recently I got a job offer ith anothe company and I accepted gladly since I was at a breaking point mentally at this job. One week latr I get an email that I need to pay the relocation bonus back and they said they had a section that stated that I have to be in this position for 2 years to be able to get the bon in page (40) . Like I will read 40 pages???. I don’t know what to do.

HOW DO YOU SURVIVE CHALLENGES AT WORK??

Restaurant Kitchens are notoriously 🔥 HOT!! 🔥

Hence the phrase, “IF YOU CANT TAKE THE HEAT… GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN!!” 🍳 ☄️ 🥵

There are a lot of things that making working in a restaurant difficult! However, 🏃🏻‍♀️ running a 10K or more everyday, while carrying a precarious tray of drinks 🍸 - plus ducking in and out of a 95 degree kitchen ❤️‍🔥 - can be some of the hardest. 😅 🤵🏻‍♀️

Those who are stuck near the flames for their whole shift seem superhuman surviving it! The Back of the House staff who stay in front of 🥓 Flat Tops, 🍟 Fryers, 🥩 Grills, and 🥘 Ovens alllllll day and night long, are TRUE HEROES!! ❤️‍🔥🧯🔥

EVERYONES JOB IN THE RESTAURANT HAS IT’S OWN CHALLENGES 👩‍🍳 🤵🏻‍♀️

No doubt working in the heat in the back, and a crowded dining room in the front, are some of the toughest parts though.

How do you handle a flaming hot kitchen?!? 🔥 What is the best way to keep your cool 🧊 while running around, or cooking in, a busy restaurant? 🥵

Does anyone have any TIPS or TRICKS for dealing with the elements of a STEAMY RESTAURANT OR CHALLENGING WORKING CONDITIONS?? ☀️ 💨 💦

DOES ANYONE ELSES JOB FEEL LIKE A SUMMER HEAT WAVE EVERY DAY?? ☀️ 💥 🔥
