My first day as a #POS at #Kohls : What I'd do differently

I would not let their policy to get at least 1 person to sign up for a credit card a day get to me because they need to realize that not every person you wait on wants a credit card now days and not to put so much pressure on employees to achieve it buy posting employee numbers on a board saying who didn't get a credit that month. I know other employees don't know your employee number but it still makes you feel like a failure when you see others getting 3-5 in a 4 hour shift and your not getting any.
