The most difficult part working for PepsiCo through my experience is the inventory management. Not so much the physical count of every single item, but the digital system when we receive new product, and the sequencing or placement of said item needs a location, a location ID, and Amy supported info that assists our warehouse team so everyone is on the same page. Just a pet peeve for myself

To have off every other weekend , I have small children Khloe 9 yrs old Amy 4 yrs old and Ismael 2 yrs old Khloe plays for FC Dallas Academy and I don’t go to her practices and games on the weekends, because I have to work on the weekends Amy is also playing for Fc Dallas I also well I use to play but not anymore since I started working for PepsiCo , we make Gatorade and I see coaches, parents , players and family drinking Gatorade I can go on n on but I have to get back to work I’m on my break time, to many long hours and no quality time with the family, I don’t want to be looking for another job but if it keeps been this way I have to do whats best for me an my family oh I love pepsi is my favorite soda.. I hope everything works out looking forward from you... thanks for asking really appreciate oh and I work 2nd shift as a palletizer and my mother n law retired from PepsiCo her name is Rosa Solis very hard working woman she worked for PepsiCo for 43 years I believe thanks again take care

The PepsiCo warehouse and distribution center in Cranston, RI has an immediate need for experienced full-time Warehouse Workers.

Pay Rate - $20.90 p/hr!

This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk, and route trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks.

Works from Electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation.

Ideal candidates for this job must be able to follows warehouse instructions in building loads (). Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment. Position may be required to work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, shift duration depends on work load and may vary daily.

Helpful Experience Requirements:

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.)
  • Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)
  • Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)
  • Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)

When I worked at #Pepsico I gave great advice when

I worked in Facility Operations for 39 years I gave it my all every day I was a porter maintenance mechanic who serviced my co workers moving furniture setting up office dock worker soda machine and fountain services/repairer daily functions of maintaining up to 7 buildings in the world headquarters and 2 offsite buildings which included installing furniture hanging up of shelves desk paintings also meeting service coordinator plus servicing executives for almost 4 decades
