I'm Torn on My Decision
OK. I am currently a Deli shift lead. I like the work and when properly staffed the job is fairly simple,but I have had several agonizing weeks being short staffed and having to take on multiple roles. My boss has a lot on her plate and is having trouble hiring dependable workers so I've gotten a sh!+%y hand dealt to my shift. I only make $10.50 per hour no overtime. I am moving at the end of the month and could potentially transfer and no longer be shift lead or find something new. Also If I can get my license back before the end of the month or shortly after I could stay and drive 45 minutes each day.
