While working on the end of the year report, i delegated a lot of extra work to a team member as we had a whole lot of book keeping to do, this was a mistake as i didn't realize the time requirements it would take from his schedule, i was busy with other things and did not supervise him well, he was absolutely over worked which was my fault and unfair. I realized my mistake when we almost miss the deadline. Ever since, i have always supervise and take some of the work myself.

Attention to details is very important in banking, a simple mistake can make a customer loose fund and the Bank may face litigation.
