Talking to the Residents, helping them with their needs and having fun doing it. Conversations with the people who have problems or are not doing well, keep them smiling and keep them happy. One day I may be there and I hope they treat me well.

Every day! It is a wonderful district, with great administrators. I especially appreciated all the Teacher Training / Inservice opportunities provided in all subject areas. The weekly collaboration with my colleagues was always full of creative ways to implement curriculum and State Standards. The GATE program and the support for ELL students is exceptional!
