"I dont understand why i cant find a job,im over qualified for half these jobs.I applied at familydollar, they hired me ..then the gm got fired for stealing a customer wallet.i went back to start they played me ,the lady accused me of not doing background and questionnaire, which i did i showed her a copy she continued to lie..i went back to the store the new gm told me i had to have an interview but i was already hired..i wasted time and money and gas going thru this..most jobs i apply for i feel its intimidation and its annoying i have kids and bills.I had an interview at belks for housekeeping And still not get it!hull i just wanna work!!

Trusting management and being lied too and the management changing my schedule without even telling me until last minute

When a customer was trying to get away with shoplifting and the manager told me if I try and stop them I would get fired. I'm prior security so after a few months of that I left.

For an associate I told them I don't have to work with them in a hostel work environment and for customers I told them they don't have to come back and their business wasn't wanted.

It was a very nice place to work love it

Hello everyone, I have a question.. I can't seem to get a hold of Family Dollar Human resources.. I tried the corporate number got the operator she referred me to there because i am wanting to see about getting rehired.. I got human resources but just a recording, no option for voicemail. Can some that works for them please help?
