Had a great customer
I was working my shift at Family Dollar and I had a really nice customer that told me to keep my chin up. I was smiling so I asked her how she knew? She said she sensed it and wanted me to keep going. My uncle has been very ill and we are not sure he is going to make it home from the hospital so I've been a little down lately. It was nice to have a kind customer. I really enjoy my job and wish more people would be caring in this world. Am I right?

One of my first jobs
One of my first jobs was working for Family Dollar. I loved it there and the people I worked with felt like family. I was going to school at the time and they were flexible with my hours which was great. Can't say enough good things about them.

Give good service and check on employees regularly. I do believe they should have team meetings with honest communication to ensure that all team members have a positive understanding of everything whats required.
