I had missed a week from work because I had lost my voice and my training manager had told me not to come in so I didn’t. I came back with almost 0 training and they threw me on calls and I was mostly transferring and once in a while they would help us out from a Skype call. My opinion is do not work here unless you have previous call center experience

At the beginning, they seemed like they cared about their staff. Wishing a month, I saw a different side of things as I watched both the telemarketing and canvassing crews fired. Things seemed alright for a while after but then they started having commissions “disappear” and they had no idea where some deals went.
