I have a question for all...
When suggesting a better and more organized way of doing things that have already been presented by previous personnel and the boss is on board with it but the current staff blatantly refuses a better way of doing things for the betterment of the company and problems have arisen that could be detrimental for the boss and the company.
Does that mean it is time to go, as the previous personnel, or stay taking the punches & constant persecution that comes along with it until either the company becomes what is hoped or it folds?
