You can also file for unemployment benefits or get help with your application by calling the TeleClaim Center. Contact them at 401-243-9100 to file a new claim or refile your claim during normal business hours. Info you need to apply

To apply for unemployment, you need to provide personal information including -Your Social Security number -The names, addresses, phone numbers, and dates of employment for all employers where you have worked in the last 18 months. -The name and local number of your labor union or hiring hall, if applicable. -Your alien registration number if applicable. -The names, social security numbers and dates of birth of all dependent children -Your driver’s license or state issued ID number -Your bank account and routing number (if you choose direct deposit as your payment option).
