I have been in management for several years. Therefore, I understand that negative comments fuel a unnecessary and unproductive environment in the workplace. Always keep with positive feedback to defuse any escalation or unproductive time

none of my concern. i don't respond to bad behavior

I would respond with a positive comment.

I would rephrase the question in a positive manner and then ask " is this what your asking".

There should be no negative comments if you feel uncomfortable go to HR and make an report and if they can’t help call and speak with upper management

Constructive feedback

I ask them first what the problem is and how they would like it fixed. If possible and if I am not able to meet their responses and ask if there is away we can work on this for a good result for both of us

As long as the comments are offered as means for self improvement it would definitely be positively accepted. If it's comments intended to hurt someone, I would address things in a positive manner for self improvement in the person making the comments.

The way it should be done is pulling up the company policy on work place environment. Conduct a meeting without giving facts or pointing fingers and go over the policy and what’s not tolerated, make it a 2 way conversation. Listen, take notes and have everyone sign the policy. This is holding everyone accountable for their actions.
I take it as constructive criticism in area's that I need to work on to better myself.
