I am a dependable person like keeping busy.
How would you respond if the interviewer said "You seem overqualified — what's really going on here?"
Over qualified means they can't pay you what you are worth....so you have to take a lower wage of what you are use to bringing home
Many people have said that and my response is I like to work with teammates building morale, solving challenges and teaching techniques to improve our clients satisfaction.
What motivates you when external recognition is limited?
As long as no one is complaining that’s kudos enough for me.
External recognition is a rarity, self motivation is and has always been my solution. Client relationships build trust, resolving any concerns as a top priority add to those relationships creating satisfaction for myself and the client.
Interview practice: Have you ever had a workplace injury or near-miss? What did you learn from that experience?
No I’ve never been injured in the workplace however I did sustain a knee injury on the loading dock once when I was the WH manager early one morning around 4:30am and it was basically because our loading dock light was out and I stepped down off the truck ramp and stepped on the side of the dock’s curb block awkwardly because I couldn’t see it clearly due to non lighting that morning that was my only injury on the job I did return to work after my rehabilitation and continued to do my job I was hired to do for Pan handle deli provision/ Boars Head inc

What’s something you stopped putting on your resume—and why?
Very old jobs I had in the 90s
I reviewed my resume to make sure it was not redundant and repetitive, that it was relevant, and tracks my career in a way that makes sense to recruiters and the tools they use like ATS and Ai assistance.
How would you handle it if you could tell the interviewer wasn't really listening to your answers and kept asking repeat questions?
Don't talk until they do
I would demonstrate team play in ACTION and show he or she why I'm the best choice for the job! Just because someone is struggling a bit or going through something and we are on the other side of the coin doesn't mean ???? ....... Fill in the blank . This is an opportunity to demonstrate what you are going to bring to the table people. Anyway I'm beat tired had long day .Gn

No, took Business Administration as Major in College
Yes, my parents definitely influenced my career choice. Seeing their dedication to their work inspired me to pursue a career where I could also make a positive impact and help others.

Doing what is right is always the right thing to do.
Always felt decision I made was right one.
Your new employer wants you to start immediately but your current employer wants you to finish a two-week notice period. What do you do?
I WOULD LET THEM KNOW WE ARE AN AT WILL STATE AND IM SORRY BUT OUR TIME HAS ENDED
I have always given a 2 weeks notice. By giving this notice, even if not required, it is an act of professionalism and respect. It ensures that you have left the job with a clean track record. Many companies seek employees that have left in good standings. It is the professional and ethical thing to do even if the company that you are leaving did not display the same during your employment with them.
WHen production is slow it makes me slow so I do different tasks that get production back flowing.
