I would tell them to stay until they found a better job in these days now cost of living is high and everything is going up just quitting would not be a good solution finding another job to maintain a steady income would be very logical cause what if you quit now and can’t find another job and your last check is gone you set yourself up to lose both ways

I have bills responsibilities and ppl that depend on me to withhold the financial structure but that’s not all that motivates me to come to work the job cares ppl there cares it’s not a stressful environment that’s hurts me mentally

Remote Only...Disabled

Im considered permanently disabled...However, i would like to contribute..its hard to convey on sites..like "hey im disabled..what do you have that fits that?" ..example..Amazon..etc .i have no choice but remote..Exclusively! Help!! #advice #jobsearch #workfromhome #remoteonly

I’ve found that documentation and or witnesses are the best plan. In addition, I would privately recommend trying to discreetly try to speak with that person if that doesn’t work then I would escalate to the next level and go from there. If this doesn’t work then go to the next level. Eventually the squeaky wheel will get the grease.
