When one of the underwriters under my supervision called to let me know that she will not be reporting for work because she needs my help to protect her from her abusive husband. I made the decision to help her.

I had to make a difficult decision when a co-worker asked me to sign them in conflicting with company policy I chose to uphold company standards and address the situation professionally which ultimately maintained fairness and integrity within the team.

What’s your “I need a new job” breaking point?

When I'm blamed by management for something they did. My position isn't ranked that high.
