What's your go-to follow-up question to ask the employer during an interview?

I need some remote work I'm currently in school for business if anyone has some real legit work

I need work

“What does success look like in this role during the first few months?”
“What are the biggest challenges someone stepping into this position should be prepared for?”
“What are the next steps in the hiring process and timeline?”
Make sure to avoid questions about PTO, pay, or holidays unless they bring it up first. Those aren’t bad questions, they’re just timing questions. Strategy matters.

Is there room to move up the latter in the future?

How soon are you looking to hire

I am ready to work

I need work visa, i present of Bangladesh real job need

Quick clarification for everyone: interview follow-up questions are different from application questions. By the time you’re interviewing, the employer has already reviewed your résumé.
