When the flow with coworkers doesn't run smoothly and everything feels off, its important to be comfortable working with all kinds of people and gossip hate gossip
Working with teenagers 90 percent just stand there or expect you to do their work or they act as if simple 2+2 is rocket sceince
There is several reasons why people get piss at work 1: when coworkers and management stand around and talk for an hour while the other employees are working
2: when your coworkers are on their phone and not helping out the other team players
3: and what really gets me upset is the favoritism or the discrimination that is going on in the company?
What someone is being very rude to a customer
When someone is helping a customer and being rude to the Customer
When people lie on you for no reason at all
When people are outside smoking and drinking beer
People on their phones or other goofing off when there are customers who need assistance.
