💼 Career Tip: Interviewing 💼

Before your interview, take 5 minutes to reflect on your impact. 💪 Be ready to share a real example of how you’ve helped someone, solved a problem, or made a difference—no matter the role.

➡️ Hiring teams aren’t just looking for experience; they’re looking for how you think, communicate, and show up. 💙

✨ Pro tip: Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to keep your answers clear and confident.

Jobs don't care about how qualified you are they won't even see your resume. Make sure to modify your resume for each job, solid foundations start with jobs with clear transferable skills.

Branch out and apply to places you never thought you'd be applicable for. While waiting take on challenges to grow in the role you are applying for - don't just wait. Invest. Looking for a job is your new job. I set a schedule and a list of what needs to be accomplished. Keep a positive attitude and seek out support. Patience is important, its not going to happen overnight. Look outside your comfort zone, new areas of interest are always a good idea to explore.
