I would tell them I could see their point. If at all possible I would try to take each complaint and explain why it happened and then do all I (we ) could do to correct it.

Listen. Ask questions to get to the root cause of the issue.

75% and when working with a new company I have 25% of that no control time for I control my own business of making sure I don’t get in my own way of doing my job to best of my abilities therefore I don’t have any control over anything else but my own personal satisfaction with my own business I have control and completed. 😳??

I would have to choose the Wonder Twins. I mean look at all the things they could transform into and how close their relationship was to work so well together and anticipate what each other was going to do to beat the bad guys.
