Would you prefer to be short-staffed, making money, and be stressed or over-staffed chill shift without stress?
I used to work in a restaurant where I took more than ten tables and extended my section. It was very stressful, but I made great money.
Nowadays, I work in a restaurant where I take seven tables in my shifts, but no stress, no running around, and making average money.
Which one is more important for you? Making good tips; being stressed or making average money and not being stressed?
