At dollar general it is :Customer service duties including greeting guests, directing guests to products, and providing product knowledge. It is pretty specific so can you do this? I worked as a store manager at Dollar General. While it does take time to hire thru the system, continue to inquire about your application. ALL Dollar General stores are hiring. If you don't get satisfaction at the store level, ask for the district managers phone number. Good luck to you!
