Customer Care Professional

Depends on the job you are looking for. Are you talking store associate? The 1st line of the job description is always what's most important. At dollar general it is :Customer service duties including greeting guests, directing guests to products, and providing product knowledge. It is pretty specific so can you do this? Maybe, if you're not such a people person, maybe not. It is impressive as @deleted user pointed out that you are asking this type of question for this job. It shows eagerness and motivation. Good luck to you.

Dunno anything about Dollar General but I will give James here some credit for at least asking a coherent question that others can at least answer.

Assistant Manger at Dollar Store

I worked as a store manager at Dollar General. While it does take time to hire thru the system, continue to inquire about your application. ALL Dollar General stores are hiring. If you don't get satisfaction at the store level, ask for the district managers phone number. Good luck to you!
