About the Role:
Client is seeking skilled SWISS CNC Machinists to join its growing precision manufacturing team producing tight-tolerance components in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate SWISS CNC machines safely and efficiently
Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
Inspect machined parts to blueprint specifications
Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring equipment
Verify critical dimensions and tolerances
Make wear offsets and dimensional adjustments
Change tooling and monitor tool life
Troubleshoot minor machining issues
Complete inspection documentation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
Blueprint reading ability required
Precision inspection experience required
Experience making offsets independently required
Tool change experience required
Strong attention to detail

ROLE 2: SWISS SETUP MACHINIST
Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour + Overtime
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available
About the Role:
Client is seeking experienced SWISS Setup Machinists capable of independently setting up machines, performing first-piece inspections, verifying parts to print, troubleshooting machining issues, and supporting production teams. This is for machinists who can take ownership of complete setups from start to finish without supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently set up Swiss CNC machines
Perform complete machine changeovers
Install tooling and fixtures, set work and tool offsets
Verify setup accuracy before production release
Run first-piece inspections and verify parts to blueprint
Approve jobs for production release
Troubleshoot setup and machining issues
Support operators throughout production
Read and interpret blueprints and perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
Required Qualifications:
Independent setup experience required — must be able to set up without supervision
First-piece inspection experience required
Blueprint reading ability required
Offset and tooling adjustment experience required

ROLE 3: MANUFACTURING ENGINEER TECHNICIAN (MET) - SWISS/CNC PROGRAMMER
Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 annually or $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available
About the Role:
NOT a programming-only role and NOT an engineering-only role.
Candidate must take a part from drawing or CAD model through programming, setup, prove-out, first article approval, and full production release.
Key Responsibilities:
Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
Develop machining strategies and convert drawings/models into production-ready programs
Select tooling and machining processes, optimize cycle times
Perform machine setups and run first articles
Prove out new programs, validate dimensions and tolerances
Troubleshoot machining issues and release jobs into production
Provide technical support to machinists
Support engineering changes and improve manufacturing processes
Required Qualifications:
CNC programming experience required
CAD/CAM experience required (Mazatrol, PartMaker, or similar)
Setup experience required — must be able to perform own setups
First article experience required

ROLE 4: QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER - MACHINE PARTS
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

About the Role:
Client is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Manager to lead quality operations within a precision manufacturing environment — overseeing inspections, nonconformance investigations, CAPAs, MRBs, and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality operations and inspection activities
Manage quality personnel and processes
Manage CAPA programs and lead MRB activities
Investigate nonconformances and support ISO compliance initiatives
Work directly with machinists and operators on the production floor
Review first article inspections and lead root cause investigations
Support internal and external audits
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Manufacturing quality experience required — must have production floor involvement
Leadership experience required
CAPA experience required (must have owned CAPA process)
MRB experience required
Nonconformance management experience required
Blueprint reading required
