The most challenging part depends on your position. Store manager?? Very little hours based on sales and inventory results. Need a highly efficient staff to keep a solid looking/performing store. As a cashier? Probably getting decent hours and the ability to multitask at all times based on lack of staff. As a SM I always kept a strong crew by giving more hours to less and reliable people who in turn worked hard for them.
Looking forward to hearing from you, weeklyPAY,PT ASST job https://fliplink.io/H1cU4

I am 50 years old and have a Master’s Degree Business. I have been on several Interviews and read several articles regarding how to respond during interviews. I feel as though I am answer the questions in complete sentences I am responding utilizing the entire “STAR” format. I research the companies so that I can ask questions. Once the interview is over I don’t et a call back. So again, is it me or are the recruiters nit picking? I just feel bad that they let a good employee slip out of their hands and two because it was a company I really want to be a part of.
When you say recruiters, do you mean a separate company hired by the company you want to work for that screens the candidates for them? The only reason I ask is because I use to go through recruiters to find jobs in past. I had asked one or two of them about why I didn't get such and such jobs. They were very open to providing me with feedback. If this is your case, you should ask the recruiter.
I am currently looking to transition my career and work remotely. I a very flexible so I don't need to be stationed anywhere in particular! Some traits about me are that I am a collaborative team member with the ability to drive daily operations & processes through effective leadership & management. I excel at leveraging a solid work ethic, professionalism, and a vision to deliver continuous excellence and achieve growth & success. I am well equipped with excellent communication skills to establish trust-based relationships with all levels of an organization. I have exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage large, complex projects. #workfromhome #hiring #jobsearch #remotework #remoteworkhiring
Be very careful, there are so many scammers that are using the names and all of the company information to reputable companies, but they are not legitimate.
A lot of places I've been applying to, won't let me get pass the reference portion of their application, before submitting. I can think of a few people that I am still in contact with that I can ask, but I don't want to close the application and start it back up again. Should I put their names and contact info so i can hit submit my application? And then send them a message that they might be contacted? Or do I just confirmed with hem first if they can provide a reference for me and them finish the application later? These are people that have provided references for me before. How do people go about situations like this? #advice

Hey Tonya,
You should add more details to your profile. Such as your work history.
I'm sharing the link where you can search and apply for jobs on this website.
https://www.jobcase.com/jobs/search
You need to add your location and job type information. After you click the search bar, there is a box called "remote only" on the left side of the screen. Good luck in your job search, but you should be careful with the work-home-job scammer! So please, read this article. It will help you not to fall into it.
