HERO
In today's modern world of technology it can be overwhelming finding the right person(s) to help you navigate the map to career advice. I have found that those on jobcase are individuals you can count on to help if possible. I heard a song called "Hero." Sometimes I wish there was someone who could come in and show me a direct path but we all know that is impossible. This song did get me thinking about "heroes" and all the Marvel movies that are out. I am a big fan of movies that emulate a hero (please don't hate on me).
According to google hero is define as:a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. So what qualities define an individual? For me, I have defined what I believe a modern day HERO is. My acronym for HERO is:
H - A HUMBLE person who looks out for others interest before his/her own.
U - A person who try's to listen and UNDERSTAND someone to help in any way possible.
M - A person who is MAGNETIC and draws others to them by displaying Humbleness and Understanding.
B - A person who is BENEVOLENT and yet tells you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear.
L - A person who is a LEADER who is driven and can help others learn with a positive attitude.
E - A person who ENCOURAGES others to rise above the negative and start pressing on with a hopeful perspective.

Hmm besides our amazing group of Organizers, I think some heroes are my coworkers - Ashley W. , Lenin Pina , Nihar Suthar , Laila Nashat , Esther Pascal , and Nicholas Leonard who are working tirelessly to make this a platform of encouragement, advice, and success to help those struggling with finding work.
