It’s pretty easy to pick up on and learn. Always on your feet, not a lot of down time but it’s fun with the right crew

Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell

I agree with Charlotte. I put in about 5 years. Been in every position from associate to general manager. The hardest things about working at taco bell are; customer satisfaction, no matter what you do, you'll always have someone pissed off at you, and always being short handed because everyone thinks they are better than whatever wage is being offered

to me it was more of keeping up with the orders and making sure everybody got the right order and making sure the customers was happy with their orders.

Do you research on the place that you are going to work because the store that I worked at had a great general manager but horrible shift leaders and assistant managers I quit and went back twice I work there three times total and every time it was a managers fault that I quit I liked my general manager but the other managers absolutely sucked! You were not to wear anything other than black slats and uniform shirt and you have to wear hairnets and you’re not allowed have any kind of piercing and you’re not allowed to wear jewelry unless it is a necklace your tattoo Have to be covered at all times I mean for the pay it’s good work but for all the sacrifices you make it’s not worth it in my opinion #management #advice #foodservices
