I had my on home improvement for 10 years. My dad learned me all about construction jobs .Then I got in to hvac (ac/heat) also worked on food equipment n frigrater (coolers,freezers) I loved doing this work

Be on time an ready to work

Putting the wrong color on the walls no one told me what went where

Be on time an ready to get the job talkin care of

Be on time, have your coffee, put your tool bags on and get ready to go and blow baby. It's a great place to work

I usually go over clouded area's that needed attention to but on this one floor i didn't. So even though it got done, I was not happy about the over laps in time it was done in. Something that won't happen again.
