What are the requirement for the position as a window clerk at the Social Security Office?

Overpayment not my fault
So for almost 20 years I've been paying monthly for a over payment that wasn't my fault, I owe SSI & SSA $20,000 I mail $20 a month toward SSI and $70 is deducted from my SSA every month, I work part time because I cant make it on 1k a month, rent is $800 + bills, its tough, overpayment letters arrive saying I owe, so I pay. I've appealed with no avail , Im 54 years old, been disabled since 1981 and always tried to work my 5 children are grownups and work. I need a advocate cause I can't afford lawyer fees. What could I do? I work 5 hours per day, 19 hrs weekly in pain. Can someone please HELP! Thanks Richard
