Only when I got paid, those places are broken without repair, but it’s not the managers fault or the associates, it’s the regionals that implement the new rules and work that cannot be achieved with the payroll and the productivity of some of the new hires, I worked there for 19 years, and leaving that place was the best decision of my life.

I remember back in 1990 when opened the club in Panama city FL. I had the pleasure of meeting and shacking hands with Mr. Sam Walton. I was in charge of taking all the photos while he was there, it was very exciting. After hearing his motivational speech to all associates, it was at that time I knew this was the job for me. I was blessed to work with this company and held many positions thru all the transitions of the company as a hourly and as management for over 18 years. Yes I do miss it and looking to come back to work for Sam's Club again. in the near future.

So I worked for Walmart for 12 years and was let go so I put in app to Sam's club get interviewed and before we even start the team lead that was doing the interview says and I quote we dont like to hire anyone that was fired from Walmart mind you I'm rehireable I think she was out of line what are you guys opinion

Put in job applications at both Sams Club and Walmart through job sources. They came back to sign up for an interview and when it comes back with nothing about an interview usually do I want to go to school or other jobs. Nothing about the job I asked for. I was supposed to transfer from Sams Club in Nebraska to Texas but that never went through because of changes Sams Club put in there transfer policy. The manager at Sams Club put in a job application and they will get back to me. This never happened.

Do NOT Work here. The Managers are incompetent. They lie and mislead. They do not care for your well being

What I loved is by being able to change someone day by just giving them help it what they needed

No really don’t get me wrong it’s a good company too work for at times you don’t get treated with RESPECT we all adults under one roof
