I don't have any warehouse experience, do you think a company like Wayfair would still consider me? I heard they might be hiring in my area. I have only had cashier jobs. HELP!

Jobs in Florida are so picky. Certain jobs require laborers. Experienced laborers to be exact! But they don't believe that I have the experience of a laborer. I've worked many jobs being a laborer from masonry to roofing to so many others. I'm 22 years old. But the only thing I know how to do is work. Darn you florida.

I'm looking for a chance any where that will give me one. I got my phlebotomy license almost a year ago and can not find a job because i dont have any experience. How am i supposed to get experience if i can not get a job or chance to prove i can do it?

I know sales is not for me but it is all I have done. I have been having very difficult time finding something due to only having experience in sales. Hi my name is James. I worked for a company for 4 years and was doing a good job regardless of how things went. I wanted to become an assistant manager so I asked but they said no I wasnt qualified for it, after that they just kept me in the dark for the job. I know I needed more experience, but isn't it a manager's job supposed to teach you the ropes of the ASM. Anyways, I've seen new people come in for 2-4 months of working and automatically there a manager with no experience just favoritism. I opened/set up other stores I was the only one who was doing that. So that's my story. PS: sorry for the explaination I don't know how to write things correctly.

How does one start a job with no experience? Like how do you convince your potential employer than you're capable and able to do the job you applied for with no 'evidence'? As a student and an aspiring laboratory scientist, I would like my employer to give me an on-the-job training as necessary, for me to learn the job very well.
