how do I get hired as a forklift driver with no experience if they all require experience?

Take on a job somewhere that uses forklifts. I work in automotive production and have trained and certified a lot of people on the forklift. These folks were production operators that learned how to drive a forklift. You will need to excell at your " foot in the door job" to seem worth training for the forklift. Good luck.

Check out the following company, they can get you started and assists you with other certifications as needed for the job.

Since this job has dangers for you and others it’s recommended you train for this job. There are schools for this. Go online and check out schools in your area.

learn how to drive one, then you're in..might be a school of some sort, or a forklift friend and an empty parking lot..

Consider asking the business hiring near you if they will consider interviewing you as an intern then hiring you as a fork lifter after you've been trained. There are business owners that will consider this option in some cases as the job opens options to them by allowing the opportunity to bring in someone to train for the job then keep on after they have been trained.
You could try getting a job in a warehouse they will train you since you will need a forklift for picking product.. I worked in a cold storage warehouse and we had 36 lifts operating on each shift
