I am hired as a Sales Associate. I have always wanted to be a Sales Associate because I was so inspired by A friend of mines whom is a Sales Associate for Wal Mart for many years. So happy I got the opportunity.

Persistence is key...giving up is easy, giving up(to me) is way harder than trying to succeed. I had a bad car wreck when I was 18(weather related), doctor told me I'd never walk again. 17 years later, probably 25 jobs later, I finally land my potentially dream career at FedEx...Just don't let the na-sayers be your excuse. Make them eat their words. It's cliche but if you can dream it, you can do it.

I'm telling you the truth...(Read Without Fail.)

Absolutely, no one is going to give you an invitation to be successful in life. It just doesn't happen that way anymore.

So, here are 5 - Key Steps To Making a Change:

You have to...

  • Stop the nonsense in your life.
  • Stop the renditions of sadness.
  • Stop the screen plays of pains.
  • Stop walking the steps of shame.
  • Stop carrying blankets of doubts.

All I want you to do is...Get ready for 2023, and start "Standing in Your Greatness," so others can truly see who you are.

Don't wait for that invitation. Start "Standing in Your Greatness." Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you.

I Believe You Can...!

I ended up in Reno Nevada from Sacramento and found myself living in my vehicle. I finally got a job and now have my own place and a steady income. I was about to give up several times. It's hard getting a job when you live in your vehicle. #motivation #successstory #advice

#jobsearch

Hello Everyone, I want to thank everyone for the encouragement and positive words on this site. I appreciate all of you and I hope we all find amazing jobs one day. But until then I just wanted to spread some positive vibes.

During COVID, I was laid off and unemployed for most of the pandemic, I would apply for job after job with no results even with someone with my credentials. I used the time to continue learning and spending time with my son who's almost 6 now. One day a random recruiter called me and offered an amazing job opportunity. It's been a few months now and I'm very grateful. I hope the same happens for all of you that read this.

Be safe and stay well!

Working in a restaurant is an easy way to make money. πŸ’Έ It doesn't require a bachelor's degree besides soft skills. You need to have is a big smile and a positive attitude. 😊

Working late and long hours, and constantly having high energy towards guests can cause burned out. 🀯 Burnout can be easy to identify; headaches, dizziness, insomnia, and digestive issues. πŸ˜·πŸ€’πŸ˜£

Suggestions

  • Transition to pooled house tips πŸ’Έ
  • Enforce a break time 😌
  • Have a family meal πŸ”πŸ—πŸ–

Any job can cause you to be burnt out. You just have to know how to keep it interesting! See about working different shifts, get to know other co-workers & more importantly take time off when you are offered! That helps restore your sanity!!

high energy is not the key. having the right energy is doe. i seen people gone insane because they were working like maniacs. overall it is about how you manage to do your job and the skills and experience you have.

I'm telling you the truth...

My professor, Dr. Mustafa told me to take his Statistics Class #Xyz, and you won't regret it. I paid attention to his words.

Listen, on an average weigh scale of metrics, a person will live their life with a higher measurement of DISBELIEF, versus a genuine BELIEF.

*Note - This is not anyone's fault because, they DON'T teach this methodology in school. I (learned this outside the normal curriculum of studies.)

Whichever weighs the most of the metrics scale of life (your mindset) determines what you're going to receive in life.

As illustrated below, put your positive thoughts on the scale of LIFE. Then, believe it and leave it there.

All you need is 0.001% belief in yourself and your life begins to change.

I Believe You Can...!

When I first found customer service, I was so bad at meeting all of the metrics but my ability to gain loyal customers, be relatable and build rapport was beyond amazing. I eventually went from almost losing my job to Employee of the month under a different Team Leader who helped coach me and get me to where I need to be. I could not understand how I go to work faithfully and end up as the name at the very bottom of the list, but it was not just me showing up but it was also the influence of another leader that helped me achieve higher than I knew existed. It's easy to say " work is work" when in fact Work is apart of your everyday life, maintain professionalism should be the only "changing up" you should do when at work. I'm not saying to go to work expecting to make friends but go to work expecting to Network and make the workplace a better place for you, your team and ultimately the company. We are impacted by people on a daily basis and we will always be impacted or influenced by those we see on a daily basis which can ultimately have an affect on the fruit of your work or even your work attitude. The Impression you make in the interview should be the You that goes with you everywhere you go and each position you excel to. #wordsofadvice #motivation #inspiration #jobsearch #advice
