If they rescinded the job, u don't want to work for them. When God closes a door. HE Opens a window. Something better is coming. We learn from our mistakes, God is the God of second chances. Don't give up keep looking. #motivation

Let's celebrate the power of critical thinking and multitasking!
Happy Friday! We would like shine a light on a community member whose thoughtful contribution helps others think more clearly, prepare more confidently, or grow more intentionally. This week's $100 Jobcaser of the Week did just that—with one smart approach to a common interview question.
:sports_medal: Amanda Newman
When asked how to demonstrate multitasking skills in an interview, Amanda reminded us that clarity is key. Instead of jumping to an answer, she suggested asking the interviewer what type of multitasking they mean—because answering well depends on understanding the context. Whether it's juggling calls and CRM notes or managing long-term tasks with shifting deadlines, her advice shows that asking the right question is often the smartest answer.
:blue_heart: Thank you, @awilliamson Newman, for showing that preparation, awareness, and communication go hand-in-hand.

Hi!!! 😊
My name it's Chrissy and I live in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have made some poor choices in the past and do you have a felony! As much as it sucks and it's harder than ever looking for a decent job these days... I kept trying harder and harder, because every rejection I was receiving when I would go on an interview would make me more and more determined that I could do it, and finally the day came where I had found an excellent employer that was willing to give me a chance and that I also can say I am proud to be an employee at!!! I know things aren't always in our favor when we have a criminal background.. but please remember it is still possible to succeed at a good job that you're happy with!!! Let's make some friends and get these conversations going... any post as long as it's not negatively affecting someone are welcome here... maybe some tips or info about being a felon and employment or anything else you feel would help somebody 💕 # #jobsearch #advice #motivation

Happy Thanksgiving!
As we head into the holiday, it’s a perfect moment to pause, breathe, and think about the good things — big or small — that carried us through this year.
Maybe it was a supportive coworker who checked in on you… A manager who believed in you… A job you landed… or one you bravely left… Or simply the strength you found in yourself to keep going, learning, and growing.
This season is about gratitude — not perfection. Not comparison. Just recognizing the pieces of hope, effort, and community that helped you along the way.
👉 What are YOU feeling most grateful for this Thanksgiving? Work-related, life-related, or anything in between — share it below so we can spread a little positivity together. 💛
Wishing you warmth, connection, and a well-deserved moment of rest this holiday. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 🍂🧡
