I was a store manager at McDonald's for four years. I had a death in my family and stepped down to the assistant manager position where I was in that position for about 6 years.

Remember to allways bring all you need to bring. Bring the right (PPE) all the time, to have a hansle free work experience and so your employer doesn't have to get on you. Stay busy by cleaning. some days you might get off later than what's on paper.

Every management is different, and every owner is different as long as you do your job the best of your ability and do your job then you should be fine.

For the McDonald's interview job. I recommend with any job review. Dress nice and have all the things they ask for. Don't be late. It leaves bad impression. I've worked for McDonald's almost 19 years.
