I really liked working at McDonald’s the environment was great the only reason why I quit my job was because of school

I hated working there and did not have a good work environment. For how many managers that were in and out of the store we were disorganized and slow and were not managed at all. I worked there with a friend and we both ended up leaving because of a harassment issue with our main manager. Granted there were some good perks for working there! We got free food and drinks and I did learn a lot about how to give great customer service. I learned I should stay in customer service jobs

I hated working there and the environment was not nice at all. For my store having a million different managers we were disorganized and were not managed at all. Me and my friend worked together and we both left because she ended up being sexually harassed by our main manager. But after all the bad that happened I did learn how to give great customer service and I learned that’s where I should stay for jobs.

I really wish McDonald's had more communication amongst the managers and crew members

To land a job at #McDonald's I would make sure to... Be a team player. Be available to work anytime - morning, afternoon, and evening's. Be sure .
Working at McDonalds was a great experience. It's not what you would expect. It's a very professional environment where you can learn and grow as a food service expert. I was surprised to find the management team wasn't afraid to get right beside you and work. Giving you advise and structure to service the customer at a level not seen in most places. I'll miss the weekly fun meetings we had on Saturday nights that lasted well into late Sunday morning. These meetings were unbelievable! We were able to get up and close to each other. Where we laughed and worked as friends with benefits.

It's a great place to work and I have amazing bosses and crew member to work with

A chair in case the disabled people needed to sit you can sit and run a register.

A great McDonald’s “family”, however, it is a very fast pace environment and they train you by literally having you work on the floor. I wasn’t there very long due to some personal issues, but I have nothing bad to say about McDonald’s. It is also a great first job or a job for high school.

I learned to keep busy. I never particularly liked standing around looking like a fool, doing nothing, anyway, but doing it at McDonald's feels dangerous. They definitely like you to keep moving.
